Bangladesh have won the first One-Day International (ODI) against Zimbabwe by 87 runs in Chittagong.
Zimbabwe won the toss and sent the hosts to bat first at the Zahur Ahmed Chowdhury stadium on Friday.
A superb ton by Shakib Al Hasan (101), a fighting fifty plus by Mushfiqur Rahim (65) and a cracking lower-order cameo by debutant Sabbir Rahman (44 off 25) led Bangladesh to 281 for seven in their 50 overs.
In reply, Zimbabwe folded up for 194 in 42.1 overs to hand Bangladesh a 1-0 lead in the five-match series.
Shakib also bagged four wickets for the hosts.
